The aim of the study was to create a residence in the settlement of Parikia that retains its character but meets modern living needs. For the above reason, the mosaic floors were preserved and repaired, and the exterior frames were replaced, keeping the same design logic. Furthermore, access to the roof was created, expanding the exterior space of the residence.
