ABOUT
During the architectural composition we consider three main components: the place, the user, and the program. Each project is unique because at least one, usually all three, of the above parameters differentiates it.
The office has been active since 2016, mainly on the islands of Paros & Antiparos, with main focus on the architectural design of residential & commercial projects, as well as the close monitoring of the implementation of the projects it undertakes.
VIVI KAROUNTZOU
Architect Engineer & INTERIOR DESIGNER
Vivi is an Architectural Engineer (graduated from the University of Patras) and an Interior Architect with a master's degree in Environmental Design. She is a registered engineer at the Technical Chamber of Greece since 2014. She has worked on many private projects in architectural design and decoration, the study and issuance of building permits, their supervision and construction.
MARIA CHANIOTI
MANAGEMENT & ACCOUNTING
Maria finished the TEL of Paros in the Accounting Sector. He has worked as an assistant accountant for 20 years. From 2021 he works in the architectural office as an administrative staff. She is responsible for the organization and smooth operation of the office. It still deals with the processing of procedures for issuing building permits, issuing electronic building IDs.
Vaso Karakitsou
Architect Engineer
Vaso Karakitsou is a Licensed Architect Engineer (graduate of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki) and a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece. She has experience in architectural design, interior design studies, and the creation of photorealistic visualizations.
